I hope my email finds you well. I'm interested of getting a Townhouse Unit at Deca Clark. I hope you could help me. Can you tell me the requirements. How long the process will take. I'm currently working here in Qatar. Would i be able to move in after paying the reservation and deposit? I want to move immediately upon my arrival this November. And when will the monthly amortization will start? I hope you could help me with my concerns.
